Product Overview

Rear Wheel Hub Configuration
Bearing Interface
Available for 25 mm, 1-inch, and 3/4-inch bearing configurations. Bearing bores are CNC-machined to the specified bearing size and application requirement.
Axle & Spacer Interface
Axle bore, hub width, inner sleeve, and spacer dimensions are produced according to the specified axle and wheel configuration.
Brake Rotor Interface
Rotor mounting-hole position, hole diameter, and flange dimensions are machined to the applicable wheel and brake configuration.
Drive-Side Interface
The drive-side interface is produced according to the specified belt-drive or chain-drive mounting pattern and wheel configuration.
Manufacturing & Inspection
- The hub is produced through CNC turning, milling, drilling, and boring based on the approved product specification.
- During development and production, key dimensions and mounting interfaces are checked against the approved drawing, sample, OEM reference, or confirmed specification. The approved production reference is then used for repeat orders.
