Heat treatment is applied to raceways, splines, and other high-load components to provide the required combination of surface hardness, wear resistance, and core toughness.
Typical processes include:
- Induction Hardening for localized surface hardness on high-load areas
- Carburizing for raceways and wear-loaded components requiring hardened surfaces
- Controlled Quenching & Tempering for strength and toughness balance
- Hardness Inspection to verify treatment consistency between production batches
For high-load applications, material and heat treatment are selected according to torque, operating angle, duty cycle, and expected wear conditions.

OEM/ODM Development

Quality Control & Testing
Material Verification — Confirms steel grade and material consistency.
Dimensional Inspection — Controls critical housing, raceway, spline, and assembly dimensions.
Hardness Testing — Verifies heat-treated surfaces and critical wear areas.
Component Inspection — Checks raceway, cage, rolling element, and spline quality.
Assembly Inspection — Controls grease filling, boot installation, clamp positioning, and joint movement.
Final Performance Inspection — Checks rotation, movement, abnormal noise, and assembly consistency.
