         CV Joint 44014-S04-J50 is a front outer replacement joint featuring a 50-tooth ABS ring, developed for Honda Civic (EJ/EK 1996–2000) and Integra platforms. Built from hot-forged 55# carbon steel with CNC-machined splines, it serves global auto parts importers, regional wholesalers, and private-label distributors.

Hardness & Microstructure Analysis: Ball raceways are sectioned and tested to verify HRC 58–62 surface hardness and 1.5–2.5 mm induction depth. Metallographic inspection checks grain structure to prevent core embrittlement.
Dynamic Balancing : Finished joints are mounted on a dynamic balancing test rig and rotated at high speeds. Assemblies must pass zero-imbalance limits to prevent high-speed drivetrain vibration.
Torque Fatigue: Testing Sample units undergo static breaking torque and dynamic torsional fatigue tests on a hydraulic test bench to verify load capacity under extreme drive conditions.
