Manufacturing & Quality Control
- Machining & Heat Treatment: Critical shaft, joint and spline features are processed according to applicable production specifications, with required hardness checks.
- Spline & Joint Inspection: Spline dimensions, tooth count, joint configuration and articulation are checked before assembly.
- Boot & Assembly Inspection: CV boot position, clamps, lubrication and joint installation are checked during assembly.
- Final Inspection: Key dimensions, shaft configuration and product condition are verified before packing.
- SKU Identification: Each drive shaft is identified by OE reference, application or SKU to help prevent configuration mix-ups during packing.
